Charcoal Stove
The Chinese term "火水爐" can be translated into English as "hot pot stove" or "Chinese old style simmering pot". It is a traditional Chinese cooking utensil that consists of a round iron pot and a support stand with a charcoal stove at the bottom. The hot pot stove is commonly used for preparing hot pot and simmering soups.
